Refund and Returns Policy – VAPELOX UAE

At VAPELOX, customer satisfaction is important to us. All return, refund, and warranty requests are reviewed individually to ensure fair and transparent service for our customers.

Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products showing any signs of use or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Disposable vapes
  • E-liquids
  • Pods and coils
  • Any consumable vaping products

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is received
  • Inspection confirms eligibility for refund

The refund amount will be calculated based on the order value excluding delivery fees, transaction fees, or bank charges.

Orders refused by customers at delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Warranty

Selected devices may include a 7-day limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to VAPELOX for inspection.

If the product is confirmed defective and covered under warranty, VAPELOX will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution based on availability

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • E-liquids or consumable items
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or incorrect handling
  • Damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, or excessive force
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or marks
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
